Trouble verifying your email or phone? Issues with identity verification or document uploads? Email us with your account email and a description of the issue.

Bookings & payments

Questions about a booking, payment, or refund? Include your booking details and we'll look into it. Payments are processed by Stripe — for payment method issues, you may also check your Stripe account.

Safety concerns

If you have a safety concern about an educator, venue, or activity, please email us immediately at hello@getcovey.app with the subject line “Safety Concern”. We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as possible.

Delete my data

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to hello@getcovey.app with the subject line “Delete My Data” and include the email address on your account. We'll process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
